Ok, so no new Mac system announcements this go-round at Macworld, but Intel has some brand new quad core chips up their sleeve that might just find their way into some future, as-of-yet unknown Apple system. Dubbed the Core 2 Quad, this latest processor is aimed at desktop systems with its four processor cores running at 2.4GHz.
