Tomorrow, Camcorderinfo will be publishing their review of Sony's newly released 3 CMOS HDV camcorder, the HDR-FX7, but in the meantime, this German website has a bunch of stills from the new cam, and comparisons with the FX1. I'm not much of a German speaker myself (er, not at all), but you can easily spot the comparison shots between the two cameras in different situations, such as low light, and shallow depth of field tests, and long telephoto shots. Additionally, there sample videos as well, although they are compressed, making the comparisons slightly less ideal, but still beneficial. Anyway, Camcorderinfo will be the place to check for a full-on review of the FX7.
