1. Not bad, but you should make your podcast longer (at least an hour) and fill it with more news and commentary. Maybe throw in a couple of extra guest to help keep it going.
A very good podcast is 1upyours. I think they actually get drunk when they do theirs, but it has a really good outline and the group is hilarious as well as very informative. I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to find some extra people to help fill some seats and go on about production stuff while being drunk.
