Record directly to YouTube using Quick Capture

YouTube has implemented a new Quick Capture feature, allowing users to record directly to the website in Flash using a webcam. That means no editing or importing required, which might be useful for people interested in doing simple talkie snippets. Seems convenient enough, though of course you're limited, too. On a side note, it looks like YouTube has undergone a minor facelift, which some cleaner navigation and a slightly more polished layout.
