Vegas 7 XDCAM workflow overview

I was cruisin' the XDCAM thread over at DVInfo and found this little nugget of information that XDCAM and Vegas users might find helpful. Simon Wyndham has posted an overview of the XDCAM workflow using the just released Vegas 7. From what I've been reading, Vegas seems to be the bomb for XDCAM editing, and version7 has only made it better. Any XDCAM users out there have any thoughts on this?
