The Pclix LT100 is an accessory for your still cameras (middle to high-end) that allows you to create timelapse videos without doing it manually or with a computer. The handheld device gives you options for interval times and shutter controls. The advantage of using such a device versus a video camera is that the quality of the still is better, that includes stills from HD (I have heard people argue otherwise online). You can check the list of compatible cameras to see if your camera is listed. Check out the gallery for some very cool samples.
