Ulead keeps improving it's VideoStudio with the release of version 10. VideoStudio is available in 2 flavors: regular for the beginner or person who does not need a lot of bells and whistles, and Plus which gives you more power and HDV capability. You can view what's available in each version here. According to the PC Magazine review, VideoStudio has positioned itself as a alternative to Adobe Premiere Elements.
