Look out iPod, here comes the MP3 DV Cam. Well, maybe the iPod doesn't have anything to worry about, but this little unit contains a variety of functionality: Digital video camera, MP3 player, MP4 player, Digital still camera, Web camera and mass storage device. All this for $169. It uses SD memory cards for storage, USB 2.0 connection and has a 2" display. The specs on this device look decent for the price. IF this unit performs to spec, I can see how it might become popular with the targeted audience. Has anyone had had any experience with this unit? I can't find any reviews and I'm naturally skeptical...
1. I have not tried this MP3 DV Cam yet, but have tried the MP4 players, which do look like the ipods and it works fine. my friend may get one of these MP3 DV cams so I will let you know if it is up to spec..
