Movies coming not-so-soon to iTunes

Apple's foray into selling movies via iTunes may take much longer than previously imagined, due to some sticky negotiations going on behind the scenes between Steve Jobs and the big Hollywood heads. BusinessWeek suggests that Apple had hoped to start releasing films online within a matter of weeks, but the negotiations could delay the plan to as late as next year. It seems like the Hollywood money men are not too keen on Jobs's strict release formula, akin to the 99 cent music downloads that have proven so successful. It is also suggested that it simply may not be the right time for a move like this, but only time well tell, as they say.
