Green Valley has debuted their new "Infinity Series" of professional camcorders. The new line of cameras feature the ability to record their content directly to an internal Iomega REV PRO disk or compact flash cards. The camera can also be easily connected to external hard drives and computers via their on-board USB 2.0 and FireWire ports. Both HD and standard definition versions of the camera will be produced and will feature three 2/3" CCD's and record MPEG-2 as well as DV25 on the SD version and JPEG2000 on the HD version. The cameras will be available for $20,000 without a lens, which put them out of reach for most of us but for the pro shooter looking for a camera with loads of expandability and storage options this may be worth a closer look.Grass Valley Unveils Infinity Series Camcorders
