Earlier I had mentioned that there could be a chance that Panasonic HVX200 could only output DV through Firewire and have no component video. Well, Mike clarified that report was a mistake. Whew. He further added that the camera is expected to come out sometime in December 2005. What a turn of events! There is also an ad for the HVX200 over at Panasonic. It is shot on DVCPro HD which is what HVX200 will shoot on, however, no one knows if this was shot with the HVX200. There are a couple of shots of the camera at the end -- it is gorgeous.
